ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION

Your data.
Your choice.

Delete an email or Google account

You do not need to install or sign in to the app. Enter the verified email address used for your Facetotext account, then enter the code emailed to that address. Codes expire in 10 minutes. Google sign-in accounts use the email associated with that account.

The final confirmation permanently removes the account’s email, password hash, linked Google identity, sign-in sessions, entitlement records and stored classification-disagreement records. It does not delete messages or categories on your phone. Limited usage records remain for up to 31 days; pseudonymous quota identifiers, historical allowance counters and purchase-token hashes remain without automatic expiry to prevent abuse.

Verify your account email

You can also delete a signed-in account from the account controls in the app’s Smart categories settings by choosing Delete account and confirming.

Guest Premium data

Guest access has no email address, so the form above cannot find or delete its records. Email gazman1986@gmail.com with the subject “Facetotext guest data deletion”. We will help verify the request and identify the relevant guest service records. Do not email passwords, verification codes or raw purchase tokens. Retained anti-abuse identifiers and provider records described in the privacy policy may remain.

Delete messages and local app data

Delete messages inside Facetotext to move recovery copies to Recently deleted for 30 days. To remove a recovery copy sooner, open Recently deleted and choose its permanent-delete action. Clearing Facetotext’s app storage in Android Settings, or uninstalling, removes app-owned indexes, preferences, drafts and recovery copies. These actions do not delete Android’s separate SMS/MMS store. To remove those messages, delete them using the default messaging app. Copies you exported or sent to other people are managed separately.

Usage and crash data

In Settings → Privacy and diagnostics, turn off Share app usage and Share crash reports. Turning off usage resets local Analytics data; turning off crash reporting requests deletion of unsent reports. Already uploaded information is not erased by these switches or by account deletion.

For an access or deletion request concerning data already uploaded to Google Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics, email gazman1986@gmail.com. We do not attach your account email to telemetry, so an email address alone may not identify a specific installation. We will explain what additional information is needed and what can be removed. Crashlytics and Analytics also follow their provider retention policies.

Cancel a subscription separately

Deleting an account or uninstalling Facetotext does not cancel Premium. Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play to stop future renewal charges.

For any other privacy or deletion request, contact gazman1986@gmail.com. Read the full privacy policy for retained records and service providers.
